I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Supervisor in North Carolina. I’ve been working with individuals and families since my internship in the counseling center at NC State in 2011. I have worked in community mental health, residential, and outpatient settings. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in 2012, where I was able to study both clinically excellent counseling as well as spiritual integration for Christian counseling when appropriate. I believe in taking an individualized holistic approach that meets every client in their unique space. I specialize in trauma-related issues, family dynamics, life transitions, and women's issues, including infertility and grief. I am currently offering Telehealth counseling to adult individuals 18 and older as well as clinical supervision for those seeking licensure.
I currently live in Clayton, NC with my husband, Mark, and our 3 dogs. I love creating adventures out of every day moments, whether that is cooking something new, exploring North Carolina's landscape, or reading on my back porch - I love finding grace and wonder wherever I can!
